Viewing fee (Per Person) Please read below before payment

Welcome to Jefferson Palace Hotel. We hope you enjoy this self-guided viewing experience. To ensure the preservation of our property and the safety of all visitors, we have established the following guidelines for you to know before paying to enter. You will have an hour to view the hotel so make sure you schedule accordingly. This viewing is good only on the day the payment is made.

No Entry Zones: Please DO NOT enter any of the rooms. We have red ropes at the doorways so you can view the rooms but do NOT go past any of the red ropes anywhere in the hotel. If you see a closed door, do NOT attempt to open it or go past it.

Pictures/Video: You're welcome to take any pics or video's while inside. We do have security camera's all throughout the hotel so you will be audio and video recorded during your viewing. 

Touch Policy: We ask that you refrain from touching any items or artifacts inside the hotel. Please only look and enjoy with your eyes.

Access Areas: The tour is limited to the common areas, including the lobby, ballroom, saloon, and the main hallways upstairs and down.

Admission Fee: Admission is $5 per person for all guests ages 8 and older.

Age Restrictions: For safety, children under the age of 8 are not permitted inside the hotel.

Child Supervision: All children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by and under the constant supervision of an adult.

After your payment is processed, you will receive a unique door code (via text message) to enter the building at the time you scheduled so make sure your phone number is correct during payment. Upon entry, please sign our guest book and review the tour rules carefully. Your access is valid for one hour from the time you scheduled.
