Driven mad by his disfigurement, Mangles has spent months converting the hotel's long corridors into a disorienting labyrinth of endless, zigzagging doors. To him, every doorway represents a new surgical attempt to cure his condition. He wanders the shadowy hall in his blood-stained lab coat, listening for the panicked footsteps of lost intruders. 

If he catches you in the maze, he won't offer a diagnosis. He believes a flawless physical replacement is the only way to restore what he lost—and he treats every lost guest as his next candidate. With surgical precision, he takes what he needs, leaving another empty suit behind a locked door.

FAQ-

WILL THE ACTORS TOUCH ME?

If you don’t touch our actors they won’t touch you. Keep in mind you are in a dark scary environment and an actor may brush up against you unintentionally. It does happen but our actors do not intentionally touch patrons.

 

CAN I DRINK OR SMOKE?

 

NO! There is absolutely NO drinking or smoking either in the lines or inside the haunt. DO NOT come here Drunk or under the influence of drugs, you will not be able to enter!

 

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT FOR THE HAUNTED HOUSE?

It is our goal to keep wait times under 30 minutes. Our haunted house is interactive so we want to ensure the best experience for every guest without rushing people through which diminishes the experience. Your wait times will be unpredictable on the last weekend of October and Halloween nights.

 

DO YOU HAVE VIP FAST PASSES?

 

We do not offer Vip Fast Passes.

HOW LONG IS THE HAUNT?

It can take about 10-30 mins to exit the haunt. This will depend on the size of your group and how fast you move through the haunt.

 

IS IT SCARY?

Yes, there are jump scares, some scary scenes, intense lighting, loud sounds, and of course you're in a real haunted hotel.

 

AGE LIMIT?

 

Yes you must be at least 10 years old to enter the haunt. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.

 

GROUP SIZE?

 

We limit our Group to 6 people as there are many tight spaces in the haunt.

 

WILL I GET WET OR DIRTY?

 

No, we do not spray anything on you and you won't get dirty. There may be areas that may blow air on you but you won't need special clothing for the haunt.

 

DO I PAY FOR PARKING?

 

No, parking is free in Jefferson.

 

ARE YOU HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

 

We are NOT handicap accessible and we don't recommend this haunt to those that cannot get around easily. There are areas that are tight to navigate and several flights of stairs.

 

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?

 

You cannot wear costumes when going through our haunt as they will be misconstrued as one of our actors.

 

CAN I BE THROWN OUT OF THE HAUNT FOR ANY REASON?

Yes. If your actions threaten the safety of our staff or other patrons you will be ejected from the haunt without a refund. We have zero tolerance for bad behavior. Simply follow the rules and have a great time and you’ll be just fine!
