Paranologies Electrascope

The Paranologies Electrascope is a dynamic, handheld detection tool designed as a "handheld parascope" for active paranormal investigations. This device is engineered to be used as a walk-around unit, allowing you to sweep and scan an environment to find freefloating energy fields. Its core purpose is to sense and track fluctuations in both ElectroMagnetic (EM) Fields and Static Electric Fields. By getting a real-time alert as you move, you can instantly identify "hotspots" to begin a more focused investigation or start an EVP session.

Detection and Indication

Designed to be held and moved, the Electrascope lets you physically walk through a location to find where fields are present. The Electrascope is engineered to detect two distinct types of energy: Static Field Detection (natural DC electric fields) and EM Field Detection (man-made ElectroMagnetic fields), helping you rule out interference. The unit provides visual and audible alerts. Red and Green indicator lights provide visual confirmation as field intensity changes. It also features two different, distinct audible tones—one for static fields and another for EM fields—with a pitch and rate that fluctuates with the field's strength. While it excels as a handheld scanner, the Electrascope can also be set down as a standalone unit.

How to Use the Electrascope

First, install three (3) AAA batteries. To use it as a handheld scanner, hold the unit and begin to slowly walk through your investigation area, sweeping the device to scan for freefloating energy fields. Listen for the distinct tones and watch the lights. When you get a hit, stop and use the Electrascope to "map" the field. Slowly move the device back and forth, or walk your body in and out of the "hit" zone. By paying close attention to where the alerts start and stop, you can trace the edges of the field, potentially identifying the shape and size of an unseen presence. Alternatively, you can use the Electrascope as a standalone unit. Place it on a stable surface and use its visual and audible alerts to monitor a specific room or trigger a Yes/No communication session.
