Octobers are frightening at The Jefferson Palace-

Every Fri and Sat night from 9pm to midnight we do a Haunted House downstairs for the public. The lobby and upstairs are not included in the haunted house but you may experience noises, scary music, and fog upstairs coming from downstairs during haunt hours. Our guests can get a discounted ticket at the ticket booth for only $10 if you want to come through, just tell them you're a guest staying with us. 

Amenities & Info-

  • WiFi: Hotel Guest (Pass:hotel) 
  • Common Areas (17+): Saloon, Ballroom, are open 24/7 (if no event).
  • Balcony is partially open but there is no smoking on the balcony. 
  • TV: Use your own streaming (log out before leaving!), Live TV, or Tubi.
  • Hot water is on the left valve. It may take 30–60 seconds for it to reach some rooms.
  •  Local Guide: A restaurant/shop guide is by the front door.
  • Activities: Scan QR codes in the halls for ghostly activity. Have a ghostly experience? Text to reserve and write in the "Book of the Dead and put it down in history. 
  • You may Video and Take pictures in the hotel. 
  • Drinking- We understand guests drink, but avoiding over-intoxication is your responsibility. If any member cannot walk unassisted, the entire party will be removed by police without refund and possibly charged. We monitor entry and take this seriously. This is NOT the place to come to get drunk. Contact us immediately if you see a guest exhibiting this behavior. 

 

 

Check-Out (11 AM Sharp)

  • Time: 11 AM. No late check-outs.
  • Process: Leave your room unlocked. ($5.00 charge if we have to unlock your room or bring your key downstairs as that indicates you did not read these instructions.)
  • Drop your key in the mailbox by the front door pictured below.
  • Key Fee: Do NOT leave the key in the room. Lost/unreturned keys are a $35 fee.
  • No Re-entry: Do not re-enter after 11 AM Checkout, or you'll be charged for another night.
