Paranormal Playground: Rules & Policies

To ensure a professional and safe environment for all investigators, the following policies are strictly enforced at the Jefferson Palace. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

### Refunds & Rescheduling

* **No Refunds:** We do not offer refunds for any reason.

* **Rescheduling:** If you cannot make your scheduled time, you may reschedule for a different date with at least 24 hours' notice.

### Sobriety & Conduct

* **Zero Tolerance:** There is absolutely no drinking or intoxication allowed on the premises.

* **Denial of Entry:** If a guest arrives and is found to be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance, they will be denied entry immediately. In this event, there are no refunds and no options to reschedule.

### The Palace Environment

* **Antique Artifacts:** The hotel is filled with rare antique artifacts. Do not touch or handle the decor.

* **Accidental vs. Intentional Damage:** We understand accidents happen. If you accidentally knock something over, please pick it up and replace it. If an item breaks, notify onsite staff immediately.

* **Liability:** You agree that if an item is broken intentionally or through negligence, you are financially responsible for the repair or replacement cost.

* **Red Ropes & Closed Doors:** Do not cross any red ropes or enter doors that are closed.

### Smoking & Vaping

* **Strict Indoor Ban:** There is absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the hotel.

* **Fees:** Any guest caught smoking or vaping indoors will be charged a $500 cleaning and restoration fee.

* **Designated Area:** Smoking and vaping are permitted outside the building, at least 25 feet away from any entrance.

### Photography & Surveillance

* **Surveillance Agreement:** For your safety and the integrity of the hotel, you agree to be recorded. There are over 100 cameras throughout the hotel.

* **Evidence Review:** If you catch something during your hunt and would like us to review our camera footage for corroboration, we are happy to do so upon request.

* **Social Media:** You are encouraged to take photos and videos for evidence capture and personal use on social media. Tag us in your finds!

### Onsite Support

* **The Owners:** The owners live onsite and will be available to greet you, show you the designated "Hot Zones," and assist with equipment rentals or sales.

* **Your Investigation:** We respect your hunt. After the initial walkthrough, we will not interfere with your investigation. We will only provide time-checks to help you stay on track with your session.

### Food & Refreshments

* **Bring Your Own:** You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks allowed only in the ballroom.

* **Onsite Amenities:** For your convenience, we provide vending machines, ice, and fresh coffee.

We will text you a door code 15 mins prior to your investigation time. Try to show up 15 mins prior so we can go over information with you so it takes up less time of actual investigation.
